SUPERKING is a Government of India recognized STAR EXPORT HOUSE.
SUPERKING,
Tyre & Tube manufacturing was established in 1982 as a small
venture for making implement tyres and tubes. Adequate equipments, high
quality material and latest technology have helped SUPERKING to find a
place of recognition. The company has built business worldwide on the
basis of honesty and customer satisfaction. During the past 25 years,
the company has developed sizeable market for its products not only
within the country but also in more than 30 countries like USA, Europe,
Middle East, Africa and Asian continents.

constantly endeavor to provide good quality tyres that can stand the
test of time and give value for the money to the customers. Every stage
of our manufacturing process passes through strict quality control
system. SUPERKING adheres to strict quality control methods for all
products through rigorous endurance tests conducted regularly in our
well equipped lab. Our accredition with ISO 9001-2000 is a recognition of our efforts towards quality consciousness.
OUR ASSETS
In
the manufacturing of any item machines, manpower and selection of raw
material plays a major role. At Superking, we have all the latest
machines to make quality tyres. In the preparatory department, we have
a modern mixing plant, extrusion and calendaring system, and bead unit.
These three systems process materials for making various green tyres in
the building department equipped with more than two dozen tyre building
machines after proper clearance from the laboratory.
After
cosmetic touch and inspection, the green tyres are transferred to the
curing department. With the help of three dozen bag-o-matic presses of
various capacities ranging from 25” to 85”, the green tyres are
vulcanized and after thorough inspection, these cured tyres move to the
market. All this is not possible without a well equipped machine shop
and perfect steam and electricity generation system, and a team of
dedicated engineers and technicians. These Engineers and Technicians
are responsible for running the Superking Tyre plant and are the most
precious assets of the company.
MARKET SCENARIO/OUR TYRES ARE CHEAPER
The
tyre market has become very tricky in the recent past. There are
manufacturers who are producing sub-standard, below specifications, low
weight tyres and offering these tyres at low price that attract the
customers to begin with but these
tyres do not perform well whereas we are producing tyres as per
international standards. Our tyres are well built and perform for a
longer period. On the basis of performance, our tyres are cheaper.
